Information technology

With the explosion of technology, no industry can function effectively without information technology. It's a challenging field, requiring strong logical thinking and exceptional creativity, hence the generally high salaries. New graduates earn around 6 to 9 million VND. Managers and department heads earn approximately 20 to 45 million VND. Directors or higher with over 10 years of experience earn over $2,300 (approximately 54 million VND). Software engineers and artificial intelligence engineers are currently earning record salaries of $1,318 per month (approximately 30 million VND).

Marketing

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Human Resource Demand Forecasting and Labor Market Information, from now until 2020, the Marketing industry will need 10,000 or more employees each year, leading among the six fields with the highest recruitment demand. Marketing staff in foreign-invested enterprises earn between $400 and $600 per month, while managers earn between $1,000 and $1,500 per month. Specifically: Marketing staff earn 14 million - 18 million VND; Account Manager earns 24 million - 34 million VND; Brand Manager earns 35 million - 45 million VND...
