Confirmation letter

After scheduling an interview with the employer, candidates often forget to write a confirmation letter stating their attendance on that day. Without confirmation, the employer won't know if you'll be able to attend the interview or if their interview invitation has been sent. Therefore, write the confirmation letter as soon as you receive your appointment. It doesn't need to be overly elaborate or lengthy; just a brief confirmation of your attendance is sufficient. Additionally, if the interview time doesn't work, you can proactively send your schedule to the employer.

Dear Mr./Ms. [Name]

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to interview for the Chief Accountant position . I confirm my attendance at the interview at 9:00 AM on August 15, 2019, at the office of [Company Name]. Please let me know if any additional documents are required before and during the interview.

Remind letter

When an employer doesn't contact you, even after you've submitted your resume, it's mostly because your resume wasn't convincing enough. However, there are also many cases where it simply got lost. Take the initiative to contact the employer if you haven't received a response after 3-4 days of submitting your resume. In fact, hundreds, even thousands, of job applications are submitted every day. This is also a way to demonstrate your professionalism and dedication to the position they are hiring for.

Dear Mr./Ms. [Name]

After seeing the job posting on Rbox , I applied for the CEO position at [Company Name]. I haven't received a response yet. Therefore, I would like to inquire about the status of this position – whether it is still under consideration or if a suitable candidate has already been found. If the position is still open, I would like to express my interest. If the company is looking for an experienced and visionary member of the Board of Directors, I believe I am a good fit. I am happy to resubmit my application and provide any further information if needed.

I sincerely thank the company for its consideration.
